Joe advises on a broad range of commercial and financial disputes, often with international elements.
He regularly acts for banks, hedge funds and high net worth individuals in commercial and banking litigation across a range of markets and in relation to a variety of financial instruments, including interest-rate hedging products and letters of credit. He also has experience acting on civil fraud and contentious insolvency matters, and has advised clients on challenges to adverse regulatory decisions.Before joining RPC in October 2017, Joe trained at Clifford Chance LLP. He also has extensive in-house experience in both corporate and contentious sectors, having being seconded to both a leading aircraft leasing business and a specialist legal advisory charity.
