Kim is highly experienced in undertaking employment and employment appeal tribunal litigation work including whistleblowing, TUPE and the full range of discrimination claims. Kim sits as a part-time Employment Tribunal Judge and as a part-time Judge in the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Chamber.
Kim assists business leaders in resolving complex workforce issues and on key strategic matters affecting their business. Clients are in both the private and public sector, with significant experience in private health care and retail. Incredibly approachable, she loves getting to grips with how a business works and providing workable and commercial solutions. Kim's work also see her drafting bespoke policies and drafting and negotiating employment contracts, including restrictive covenants clauses, and providing corporate support on the employment aspects of transactional work.
Kim also advises on UK immigration matters including sponsor obligations, sponsor licence applications and visa applications.
She was a winner of The Lawyer's Employment Team of the Year award.
