Kiran Dhoot
Trainee Solicitor

Kiran's experience includes commercial dispute resolution and advisory work involving construction defects, financial instruments, and professional negligence. He also has led RPC's Hackathon team in a global coding competition.

Kiran is a 3rd seat trainee solicitor currently in the Property & Casualty (Insurance) team, having completed seats in Commercial Disputes (Banking & General Litigation) and Construction (Insurance)

He has experience in construction disputes and coverage advice to insurers, involving defective construction of buildings and roads, negligent design by architects and, more commonly, cladding claims. In addition he has assisted on large scale commercial litigation between a bank and a sovereign nation, and disputes involving tax liability, financial negligence and fraud, trusts, and general investments. 

He also has a keen interest in technology, having created and led RPC's Hackathon team in the Global Legal Hackathon 2020, maintained RPC's TechShare technology learning programme, and assisted on data protection disputes.
