Laura is an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team.
Laura acts on a broad range of restructuring, insolvency, and corporate recovery matters, including property-related issues arising in insolvency.She undertakes advisory work for creditors, companies, and directors on issues arising out of insolvency, enforcement and the restructuring or acquisition of distressed businesses.
Laura also advises insolvency practitioners on all stages of corporate and personal insolvency processes from appointment to contentious and transactional assignments, and has experience in appointing and acting for receivers.
