Associate

Lillian is an Associate in the Commercial Disputes team.

Lillian's practice focuses on general litigation and contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Lillian has acted for local and international corporations and high net worth individuals in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and at different stages of an employment relationship from pre-employment to post-employment.  Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks and internal company policies and procedures, advising on terminations, enforcement of post-termination restrictive covenants, and drafting termination and separation agreements.  On the contentious side, she has assisted both employers and employees in commencing claims in the Labour Tribunal and Hong Kong Courts for breach of fiduciary duties, confidentiality obligations and restrictive covenants. 

Lillian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
