Neil advises on M&A, joint ventures, Part VII transfers and Lloyd's third party syndicate management transactions.
Prior to joining RPC, Neil worked for Freshfields for eight years advising on high value transactions for financial institutions.
Neil studied law at Queens' College, Cambridge and is married with three children.
