Nigel Wilson

Of Counsel

Nigel acts for large commercial enterprises in a wide range of sectors including financial services, logistics, retail and technology. He typically works customer-side but also for suppliers. Nigel previously worked in Dubai and Amsterdam, and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law as well as a board member of the Global Sourcing Association.

“Our clients aren’t just corporate entities – we recognise all the people we serve as individuals.”

“I work on technology projects, many in the retail sector.  The pace of change and stepping up to meet client demands means that my role is always interesting. It's extremely rewarding to see our projects go live and have real-world application.

Acting for customers and suppliers, my wealth of experience is based on projects from £100,000 to £6bn. Each client is unique, and our responsibility lies in understanding their individual desires and requirements from every transaction.

But our clients aren’t just corporate entities – we recognise all the people we serve as individuals. That’s why I leverage my experience to meet their objectives while building lasting relationships with them. I am proactive and adept at delivering results efficiently and effectively.”

Nigel’s recent work highlights:

Advising a financial services institution on its procurement and the ongoing development of a new, potentially industry-changing technology platform, facilitating transactions between customers, brokers and insurers.
