Rebecca Wong advises on a variety of high value and complex commercial disputes

Her focus is on defending claims brought against companies and their directors and officers in respect of claims in negligence, misrepresentations, breach of contract and regulatory/disciplinary investigations; and achieving commercial results on behalf of her clients.  Her broad focus is on the financial lines and construction related professions, including financial advisers, fund managers, accountants, architects, property valuers and engineers.

Rebecca also has experience advising insurers on complex issues of policy response, policy interpretation and liability across various lines of business.  She has acted as coverage and monitoring counsel in respect of some of the largest investigations and disputes in the region.

Rebecca recently completed two secondments in Hong Kong with two major international insurers, dealing with their financial lines and professional indemnity claims.
