We are often working with clients in a time of crisis. Helping them through what can be a difficult time is a significant motivation for me. I have a deep level of experience in dealing with the issues they are addressing, including nearly twenty years of litigation in complex disputes.

I am used to dealing with pressurised situations preparing timely and effective strategies in the face of large amounts of often incomplete information.  My first aim is to understand why the client needs my help and what their concerns and objectives are.   From there, I can draw on my own expertise and experience to work with the client and create a strategy for dealing with the situation.  

Clients like being heard and understood. Advising on complex disputes or difficult data breaches is about helping and understanding people as individuals and creating a rapport.  Isolated strategies based only on facts are less effective without that.”
