Toby Savage specialises in the resolution of large, complex, cross-border disputes arising from energy (onshore and offshore), mining and natural resources, powergen, property and political risks worldwide, including the management of proceedings overseas.

He advises on all aspects of claims, coverage issues and subrogated recoveries, as well as advising on policy wordings.
