Tom Morris
Associate

Tom is an Associate in the Professional & Financial Risks team.

Tom has a wide practice in insurance law, and he divides his time between RPC’s Professional Risks and Insurance Wordings teams.

Tom's contentious practice focusses on defending claims against solicitors and advising insurers on coverage and policy response, however he also has extensive experience in coverage disputes involving construction and financial professionals.

On the wordings side, Tom has 10 years’ experience working solely in professional indemnity, which he brings to bear in advising clients on PI policies.  Tom has drafted PI wordings for solicitors, medical practitioners and tech professionals.

However, Tom’s practice encompasses a broader range of insurance products, and he has assisted with the drafting of BTE, ATE and casualty wordings.
