Tom Wild
Senior Associate
Tom focuses on advising legal professionals on contentious and regulatory matters.
The majority of Tom's work concerns investigations by the SRA, and the defence of professional negligence claims and disciplinary proceedings. He has advised law firms in connection with claims arising out of corporate and finance transactions, derivative transactions, pensions, commercial property transactions and tax advice. He has worked on a range of complex and high-value disputes, and is able to draw upon broad experience of commercial disputes (including domestic and international litigation and arbitration) and regulatory proceedings.
Tom also advises on non-contentious regulatory issues, and works with other specialist advisers within RPC as necessary to service law firm clients.
