Zoe is a partner in the firm's insurance group. She specialises in defending claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, project managers, surveyors and design and build contractors.
She has handled in recent years a number of high value complex disputes for the firm's Construction Insurance practice which is headed by partner Alan Stone.Zoe's expertise covers all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, adjudication, mediation and arbitration. She also regularly advises on complex policy coverage disputes, including disputes arising from professional indemnity and CAR insurance policies.
Zoe is an excellent technical lawyer, who prides herself on providing clear, commercial and strategic advice.
