Elizabeth is the head of our real estate team, and specialises in investment, corporate occupier, retail, and development work. Her clients include investors, corporates, real estate developers, entrepreneurs, and funds. She has extensive transactional experience across a wide range of industry sectors from hotels, offices, and retail to artists’ studios and hotels. Elizabeth has been recognised as a Leading Individual for Real Estate by the Legal 500 UK and was named a “Standout Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters. She is chair of the prison employment board at Bronzefield Prison and sits on the National Oversight Board of all prison chairs across the UK.

“Most of my career has been spent at international firms, and I work with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I have wide experience in acquisitions and sales, sale/leasebacks, portfolio management, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, and real estate financing.

I work with a lot of retailers, and landlords of retailers, so I know both sides of the coin.

There’s no one way to approaching client relationships. You have to be flexible, work to their preferences, and understand their business and commercial drivers.
