Mamata is a Partner in our General Liability and Medical team. Her work covers complex personal injury cases involving fatalities, catastrophic injuries, product liability claims, policy coverage, and incidents involving health & safety or environmental regulations. She represents a wide range of clients from sole traders to large corporates, including those who are being investigated by various enforcement authorities including the police, the Health & Safety Executive, local authorities, Trading Standards and fire authorities. Mamata also advises clients on a range of product liability matters, including liability claims and issues surrounding product recall. She is a member of the Health & Safety Lawyers Association, the Food Law Group, and the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association.

“I have worked with clients who have international basis for various product liability and personal injury claims which are issued in the English jurisdiction. I have also coordinated cases with local lawyers in European countries for our clients who have claims litigated in those jurisdictions

I often work with clients who are going through a difficult time in a regulatory investigation, or following a serious incident. I do my best to put them at ease as much as possible and help address any queries or concerns they have.
