“This work requires a high level of personal and team organisation”

“I grew up in Hong Kong, lived there for 18 years, and have considerable experience of claims with a global dimension - including claims in Belgium, Germany, the Isle of Man, and Scotland.

I work with a varied portfolio of different clients and seek to understand their businesses in order to become a trusted strategic advisor. For this reason, I’m very focused on providing commercial and tactical advice to mitigate risk and resolve disputes.

In my experience, this work requires a high level of personal and team organisation - particularly in the context of document management – as well as providing clients with frequent updates on claims. One example of my approach is the preparation of a monthly claims bordereau for my clients with several active claims to ensure they have accurate information and strong visibility of their ongoing disputes when it comes to internal reporting and updating key stakeholders.

On a personal level, I would hope my clients value my integrity and reliability – as well as my dry sense of humour.”

Zack’s recent work highlights:

Acted for Aviva Insurance Limited in obtaining an order for security for costs.
