Ben is a Corporate lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other corporate advisory and transaction work.
Ben has broad experience advising on numerous M&A and other corporate transactions for various clients across a wide range of sectors, including technology, insurance and other financial institutions. His experience includes advising on complicated transfers under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act.Prior to joining RPC in 2019, Ben spent eight years at Slaughter and May as a trainee and an associate, and was seconded to the in-house legal team of a major international retail and investment bank based in London.
