Caroline is a skilled and commercially focussed litigator with particular expertise in the IT/technology sector.
Caroline is a litigation and dispute resolution expert with extensive High Court experience and an excellent track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients in and out of court. Her practice includes commercial and corporate disputes as well as advising on large-scale distressed IT and technology transformation projects.
She has acted for several global IT and technology companies and readily grasps the complex technical issues and strategic commercial priorities associated with technology projects and contracts.
Caroline represents clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, expert determination, early neutral evaluation and negotiated settlements.Memberships
