Chris is a Senior Associate in the Professional & Financial Risks team.
Chris has over 20 years of experience dealing with claims and disputes arising from the insurance and finance industries. Chris specialises in handling financial lines matters, including directors & officers, professional indemnity, crime/fidelity and W&I claims, as well as trade credit and political risk matters.Historically Chris has dealt with claims arising from the collapse of various high-profile funds and financial institutions including the Bernie Madoff ponzi scheme, Kaupthing Bank and Lehman Brothers. Chris has also dealt with a number off-shore disputes before the courts of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and various other off-shore jurisdictions.
Chris is admitted to practise in England and Wales where he has Higher Rights of Audience in the civil and criminal courts. Chris is also admitted to practise in the British Virgin Islands.
