Daniel Williams is an Associate in RPC's Tax Disputes team.

Daniel acts for a broad range of clients, including FTSE100 companies and HNW individuals. He advises on contentious tax issues involving both direct and indirect taxes - from managing enquiries and information notices, through to hearings in the Tax Tribunals and higher courts.

Daniel is also a regular contributor to RPC's tax blog, Tax Take.

Daniel trained with RPC, completing seats in the firm's Tax Disputes, Commercial and Banking Litigation, Professional and Financial Risks, and Commercial, Technology and Outsourcing teams. Before joining RPC, Daniel obtained a First Class degree in History at the University of Southampton and distinctions in both the GDL and MSc Law, Business and Management incorporating the LPC and the University of Law.
