Helen specialises in construction claims.

She has experience defending architects, structural engineers, project managers and other specialist consultants. She has conducted a range of claims, from pre-action to trial, and from low quantum to in excess of £10 million. She has defended a number of adjudications, both in respect of liability and jurisdiction.

Helen regularly advises insurers on policy coverage issues. This includes advising on discrete policy issues, declining cover for non-disclosure and investigating potential fraud.
