Paul Bagon specialises in all aspects of international and domestic special situations, financial restructurings, recapitalisations, fundraisings, private credit market and direct lending mandates, corporate turnarounds and insolvencies.

Paul has extensive experience advising companies, debt providers and individuals in relation to the full spectrum of special situations, direct lending financings, fundraising, capital management and restructuring matters. 

He regularly represents all types of stakeholders across capital structures, including sponsors, company boards, funds, lenders, bondholders, ad hoc committees, insolvency practitioners and creditors.

Paul also advises clients in relation to complex international business law matters, regulatory and contentious cases, capital transfers, cross-border asset recovery mandates and enforcement strategies.

Paul is frequently invited to speak on industry and professional panels and webinars, has lectured at the UCL LLM and has authored numerous articles and publications.
