Rachel is an Associate in the General Corporate team.
Rachel advises clients from a variety of industry sectors on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work and has experience in initial public offerings and fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange. She also acts on a variety of corporate tax matters.
