Sinead Westaway

Senior Associate

Sinead has experience advising both the private and public sector and acting in large-scale commercial disputes. She also holds a master’s degree in International Law.

Sinead is Australian qualified and was admitted to practice in 2015 in Queensland. Before joining RPC, Sinead gained four years’ litigation experience in the fields of commercial disputes and defendant litigation.

Prior to practising as a solicitor, Sinead was an Associate to a Judge in the District Court of Queensland where she assisted the Judge in several trials. Sinead practised in both Queensland and New South Wales before moving to the United Kingdom in 2020.
