Victoria has been an employment solicitor for nearly 25 years and has worked for a huge variety of clients from charities to government bodies, trade unions to large, corporate organisations.

She specialises in employment tribunal litigation and cases which are appealed to the higher tribunals and courts. She has a special interest in discrimination law and equal pay and also works alongside employers to develop their policy and training needs. She is a part-time judge in the employment tribunals.
