RPC appoints its first independent non-executive director

International law firm RPC has announced the appointment of Béatrice Butsana-Sita as its first independent non-executive director (INED). Her appointment will take effect from today.

Butsana-Sita, a highly experienced INED and business executive has spent much of her career at BT where she has held senior leadership roles within many lines of business and professions and joins RPC to add diversity of thought, industry experience and to constructively challenge and support executive decisions.

Working closely with managing partner James Miller and the Firm's Partner Executive Committee (PEX), Butsana-Sita's experience and expertise will help support RPC and its people in driving forward the Firm strategy as it supports clients in achieving their ambitions and navigate some of the world’s most complex business and legal issues.
