Joanna Holford advises on employment related claims from discrimination claims (in the Employment Tribunal) to enforcing or defending injunctive action.

Joanna is home grown, having trained at RPC. She regularly advises on executive appointments and departures.

Joanna was seconded to global insurer to provide support to the in-house employment team. She knows how businesses operate and the absolute need for advice which enables decisions to be taken, quickly. Joanna has a particular interest in equality and its impact in the workplace.
