RPC advises senior management of Learnlight on investment by Synova

International law firm RPC has advised the senior management of Learnlight, an EdTech platform with operations across Europe, North America and Mexico, on the recent investment in Learnlight by Synova.

Beech Tree Private Equity, which originally backed the company in 2017, has reinvested in Learnlight. The deal was announced here.

Learnlight's existing management team, led by founders Benjamin Joseph, CEO and Rupert Hillier, COO, remain significant shareholders in Learnlight.

Established in 2007, Learnlight delivers language, intercultural and skills training via its technology platform to more than 1,200 customers across over 40 countries, including Spain, Germany, Italy, France, UK, USA and Mexico.
